Answering the call at 9:00pm at night, Luke wasted no time in getting on with the build and providing assistance with decorating ideas. Luke’s skills helped turn Chantelle and Steve’s piece of warehouse into the multi-million apartment that sold for the highest value ever recorded for a Block apartment – $2.47 million – leaving Chantelle and Steve with nearly $740,000 in their pockets.
