This project involves a substantial house extension and renovation, transforming an existing residence into a contemporary family home designed to maximise its elevated Mount Martha setting.

Positioned on a steep site, the design captures sweeping marina views while introducing premium lifestyle features, including a dedicated whiskey room, expansive outdoor entertaining areas, pickleball courts, and new connections to the garage and driveway below.
