This project involved the construction of a modern two-storey townhouse designed to deliver flexible family living, low-maintenance ownership and contemporary finishes throughout.

The build incorporates three bedrooms, multiple living zones, a dedicated study or nursery, and open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas designed to maximise space and functionality. Premium features include stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, bamboo flooring, floating bathroom vanities and keyless entry technology.

The floorplan was carefully designed to accommodate a range of lifestyles, featuring a ground-floor master suite, upper-level retreat and seamless integration between internal living spaces and private outdoor areas.

Additional construction features include ducted heating, split-system climate control, LED lighting, ceiling fans, extensive storage solutions and a double garage with internal access.
