Striking Constructions delivered this major sporting complex, centred around a contemporary two-storey pavilion designed to support both community and elite sporting activities. Positioned between a full-size AFL oval and an artificial soccer pitch, the pavilion serves as the focal point of the development, connecting the precinct’s key facilities.

The building incorporates modern changerooms, amenities, storage areas, a kiosk, function space and elevated viewing areas that provide excellent sightlines across both playing fields. Dedicated clubrooms and a coaches’ box further enhance the functionality of the facility, supporting players, officials and spectators alike.
