Montmorency

This project involved the construction of a high-end townhouse designed to maximise space, natural light and low-maintenance living within a boutique development of just three residences.

The build features expansive open-plan living areas, engineered timber flooring, a designer kitchen with stone benchtops and Bosch appliances, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration to a private entertaining deck and landscaped courtyard. A flexible upper-level retreat provides additional living space, while three bedrooms are serviced by luxury ensuites finished with premium fixtures, frameless showers and stone surfaces throughout.

Additional construction elements include ducted refrigerated heating and cooling, custom storage solutions, a dedicated study nook, premium matte black fixtures and a double garage with internal access.
