This project delivered a sophisticated dual-residence development that sets a new benchmark for luxury living in Kew. Designed in collaboration with Metaxas Architects and Vision Design Studio, the homes showcase exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes, and refined contemporary detailing throughout.

The internal scope featured soaring double-height voids, expansive open-plan living spaces, feature fireplaces, private lifts, custom steel-framed doors, and meticulously crafted joinery. Premium materials, including travertine, engineered oak, and Turco Argento marble, were integrated throughout the residences, creating a cohesive and timeless aesthetic. The designer kitchens were constructed with substantial stone islands, integrated Miele appliances, walk-in pantries, and extensive custom storage solutions.

Accommodation includes oversized bedroom suites, luxurious en-suites with freestanding baths, floor-to-ceiling stone finishes, and bespoke dressing areas. Additional features include marble laundries, drying cupboards, integrated climate control systems, and extensive concealed storage throughout.
