Diamond Creek

This project involved the construction of a contemporary family residence designed to maximise functionality, comfort and low-maintenance living within a compact suburban footprint.

The build features high ceilings, square-set finishes, engineered timber flooring, stone benchtops throughout the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, and carefully considered storage solutions including under-stair storage and a dedicated study nook. The open-plan layout was designed to create a strong connection between living spaces while delivering practical day-to-day family living.

Technology integration formed a key component of the project, incorporating smart-home functionality, integrated data cabling, Unifi Wi-Fi coverage, Alexa connectivity and a CCTV security system.

Additional features include premium bathroom finishes with floor-to-ceiling tiling, a freestanding bath, split-system climate control throughout, landscaped outdoor areas and an oversized garage with internal access.
