Striking Constructions delivered two high specification contemporary townhouses in Kew, built simultaneously across two adjoining 400m² sites. Each four bedroom residence was designed to offer modern family living with a focus on luxury, functionality and refined architectural detailing. The scope included full construction and landscaping, three bathrooms in each home and the complex integration of dual garages positioned at both the front and rear of each property.

Despite significant logistical demands, the project was carefully coordinated and completed within a fourteen month timeline. The outcome is two premium family
homes that showcase thoughtful planning, well resolved design and a high level of craftsmanship across all finishes.
