This project delivered a bespoke five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence on a private Eltham estate on 2.5 acres, a large-scale undertaking defined by its high complexity. The interior scope featured a full basement with a 15-car garage, private gym, wine cellar, and infrared sauna, complemented by a master suite with a private undercover spa.

Externally, we constructed extensive resort-style amenities, including an infinity pool with a 12-seater spa and swim-up bar, a championship tennis court, and a dedicated pool house with a bike garage. This build demonstrates our proven capability to manage and execute technically complex, multifaceted luxury projects, seamlessly integrating comprehensive high-end living and recreational facilities.
